Tailgaters Anonymous for Children's Guild raised $41,600 for Seattle Children's Hospital in 2014 through events and donations. Below is a recap of the events the TA Guild hosted in 2014.
Event: St Paddy’s Day Dash
Date: 3/17/2014
Location: Seattle Center
Description: St Paddy’s Day themed 5k dash for all ages
starting and ending at the Seattle Center. Dash participants dressed up and
walked or ran the course and then enjoyed the beer garden.
Revenue Raised for Seattle Children’s Hospital Center for Autism: $18,000
Event: Sea for the Future Gala
Date: 8/2/2014
Location: Columbia Tower
(Seattle, WA)
Description: Summer cocktail event in the Dolce Vita Showroom on the
19th floor of the Columbia Tower. The food was catered by Alison’s
Coastal Café, drinks were provided by Bad Jimmy’s Brewing Co & 3 Howls
Distillery and a local DJ hosted the event. The silent action featured local items including a package from Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, a golf package, and more. The live auction featured an autographed framed Richard Sherman jersey, an autographed Russell Wilson football and an autographed "Angry" Doug Baldwin football.
Revenue Raised for the Seattle Children's Hospital Center for CCTR: $19,000
Event: Tailgate Extravaganza
Date: 11/1/2014
Location: Bad Jimmy’s Brewing Co in Ballard (Seattle, WA)
Description: Saturday college football tailgate at a local brewery. Prize wheel featured items from local businesses including 3 Howls Distillery, Alison's Coastal Cafe, The Met and Ty's Tees.
Revenue Raised for Seattle Children’s Hospital Uncompensated Care Fund: $2,600
We are so grateful to everyone who contributed to these
events. These would not have been possible without the help and donations from of many
volunteers.
